Vlasic pickles are a classic, but the brand itself feels trapped in the past. To better tell the Vlasic story—storks and all—the branding was given a refresh, while also giving a nod to its history.
This project was made as spec work.



Logo Refresh





Rounding the harsh edges of the original logo and refreshing the color palette allows the brand to be both playful and sincere, somewhat retro, yet totally modern.

Packaging Update



Vlasic's original stork mascot was also given a facelift, using a more hand-drawn approach to communicate a homier feeling to the brand.





How do you differentiate in the pickle aisle when it all looks the same? Play with color, add texture, and tell a story.
