Named for the bright, guiding star that shows us our way in the wilderness and through the dark, Polaris helps businesses make impactful changes for a sustainable future. The brand design focused on bringing to life core words and values into a clean yet playful visual language.
Inspired by a political, economic, and social ideology called “degrowth,” the curved line represents a society that has reached a sustainable steady-state economy.
The dot at the end of the curve represents the guide leading the way to that future: Polaris.
The four core areas of Polaris include education, consulting, activism and outreach, and encouraging love and learning of outdoor activities, designed within the Polaris brand language.
